Management seems to have a clear vision of where they want to take the firm in the next few years and has made real progress recently. Not the Big 4 in a good way - Partners know your name, understand that you have other options and treat you as someone who adds value to the company. Good camaraderie among staff- if someone is getting overloaded others will try to help if they can.
