1) Toxic culture that has a lot of gossip, favoritism, and no transparency at all from upper management. 2) Directors and Partners take all the credit when things you contribute to go well, but put the entire blame on you when things start falling apart. 3) no consideration for team members' personal time and effort and expect you to work for 'urgent' items throughout the weekends. 4) usage of abusive language and gaslighting by directors and partners. lack of trust among managers. 5) no proper training to upskill workers or transparent appraisal process that allows employees to understand steps to take towards their career growth.
