Rewarding Job - DSP BIS (Behavior Intervention Services) Employee Review

The clients and families are great. The co-workers are even better! Upper management tries their best to meet the needs of many clients and DSP staff. The directors of the agency seem to really try to bridge the gap between the office staff and the field staff and you will often see them in the field helping when they can. The owner and Executive Director seem to understand how hard the staff in the field work and are always thinking of ways to give a little extra to them. They have a BUCKS system where you can earn money toward gift cards and other things, there is wheel that staff can spin and earn PTO days, gift cards, BIS swag and scratchers. Being able to work overtime and be paid time and half for it is great! There always seems to be overtime available too, even when the houses seem to be well staffed.
