Pros
The people at BMC are great! They are supportive, friendly, and eager to do the best job they can in spite of things out of their control.
Cons
The primary focus is to pay off the debt incurred when going private. This means hiring staff in India and Israel and attempting to train them to be productive. The downside of this is that the people expected to train them are the sames ones buried under a workload that hasn't changed from when we had three times the staffing. Some of the upper management is honest and worth the trust of the employees. Others are less so. It can end up creating moments of toxicity.
