      Pros

      This is one of good product based company in Pune. You may not get all benefit if you stay here for short period. But if you stay here for long period, you will start realising great culture and benefits of BMC.

      Cons

      More employees and leaders are joining from service based companies. So BMC India culture could be impacted by this. As most of customers are in US, so it may impact your working hours in night.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
