      Good pay and opportunity to learn from lots of seasoned sales professionals.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Also, promotions are based on availability- which can be unpredictable. Often, I saw coworkers promoted that had better personal connections and lesser skills.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
