      Pros

      I love the community at BMC Software and how everyone was always so helpful. During our internship we did some really nice things with the teams and the leaders were very involved during our internship which said a lot about the leadership at BMC.

      Cons

      The cons would be the laptop would sometimes not work, their food at Headquarters could be better/

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
