Management and HR do not care for employee wellbeing - you report concerns, and they make you the problem. Upper management can breach national and state legislation - e.g., bullying, micromanaging/spying on employees. Lots of backstabbing and favouritism amongst staff, particularly management. Customers can be difficult at times.
