Pros
The company remuneration is pretty good, you do 40 hours a week, and bonuses are generally ok. They’re great with allowing you to use your annual leave.
Cons
Bonus is dependant on everyone, not tailored to the individual. Communication within the company is horrendous, training for new and existing team is outdated. Higher management don’t take on feedback. Expectation on store managers is extremely high, especially coming from people who have no idea what it’s like working at store level.
