Good team and discounts, but poor support and growth - Assistant Manager - Merchandising Banana Republic Employee Review

LOVED my management team and the staff team. Everyone was so nice and helpful with coaching tips on offering outfit suggestions. I worked here on the weekend while I was in college near by. I most likely would uave kept the job if they didnt close the store. This was in a Tanger outlet and Banana had been there in a great location for more then 20 years.
