Pros
Great leadership, supported growth if you wanted to take on more responsibility, learn new skills, and grow within the company. Management had a great sense for hiring amazing staff therefore creating a fantastic, drama-free working environment. My hard work was always recognized.
Cons
The pay is not reflective of responsibilities and quality of service you are expected to provide. You get paid Walmart wages but expected to provide Hermes service. We had to sell sell sell but there is no commission incentive, only that you get more hours over others. We were also expected to clean the store ourselves but it was hard to keep up while also trying to do regular duties. The break room area was sacrificed for storage and we just had a tiny table set up in the back in the midst of storage chaos.
