Pros
-Pay is pretty good, fair hourly wages with opportunities for bonuses depending on storewide card acquisition and comp -I can't speak for every other store, but we were truly like a family. Everyone was very comfortable with each other and we had very little drama
Cons
-Expectations from HQ got to be kind of ridiculous, especially with visual merchandising. Every visit, we were told different things about how we should have been set up, where mannequins should be in windows, etc. and we often didn't receive nearly enough product to execute Flow to the standards we were given
