They micromanage even how you say Good Morning in your calls, and if you do not get a deal closed, they will find many reasons to justify why you're not meeting their expectations. Reps seemed to get fired or just leave left and right, and we had a new cohort of people starting almost every other month. Direct Management is the most passive-aggressive I've seen, to the point that it was recommended to me to not take PTO, in case I needed that time in the future, for a car accident or hospitalization, for example
