      Like the company, Morken (the CEO) is the reason this place really sucks. He and his wana-be-management will throw you under the buss in a heart beat.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
