Cult Mentality with lashings of passive aggressiveness - Service Delivery Manager Bandwidth Employee Review

This organisation has a creepy cult like culture. They speak of enablement and empowerment as long as you follow the herd and never question it. There are huge bullying sentiments across the board. Management are passive aggressive, no autonomy and do as i say ethos which is debilitating. Avoid at all cost. Trust me the 1.5hr lunch is more than what it seems.
