      Incredibly talented leadership and executive team. Opportunities to learn from some of the best in the tech industry. Employees have a lot of visibility into company operations, and performance is presented in a very transparent manner.

      Cons

      Raleigh is not the most exciting place to live, but has a vibrant downtown and surrounding communities.

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
