Pros

Fully covered insurance- huge win at a corporate employer. The majority of my team was incredibly talented and supportive (though quite a few of those have since left the company). The "Bandwidth vibe". I love the colors, the creativity, the teleponies, overall the brand was something you don't find at other companies.

Cons

2 of my 3 leaders were inconsiderate, manipulative, micromanagers. Their teams are crumbling and leaving in droves and nobody above them seems to realize that THEY are the problem. Returning 9-5, M-F with almost no flexibility was a huge mistake for this company. I know not every person has this experience, which is another issue. It depends on the manager how you're treated. Type of managers that would question you if your Slack bubble went away. Also.. requiring such a strict RTO is absurd considering people are still currently being hired for remote roles. Complete lack of trust in their employees who are all some of the best I've had the pleasure to work with. Everyone *specifically in the marketing department* goes above and beyond whenever they can. I can't think of one person that would slack off or try to pass off work. Compensation relatively low even with the covered benefits. I left for a different company in a similar role and got nearly a $20k raise.
