Pros

I'm going to say a lot of the same things other people have said, because it's true. The excitement of the auctions were the highlight. It was a very different type of job and in a really fast moving world.

Cons

There are two people who are roadblocks to the company being a great place to work.  They also hire and give people who are unqualified authority because they are "yes men." But what they don't know is even the "yes men" talk badly about them behind their backs.

Pros

There are non past the potential use of the name as a resume builder for non AZ employers

Cons

Reviews can not convey how poor this company really is. -The culture is beyond toxic. -CEO/Management/HR dismiss real issues, HR can't fix employee issues because that isn't the culture, it is only about helping the company and the Jacksons wallet. -The way the Jacksons treat people are ridiculous. The hiring process will take 1-4 mo depending on how desperate they are to fill the position based on who quit with zero notice. -Very poor management, zero direction, smoke and mirrors, borderline unethical, extremely shady business practices. -Beyond putting the company on your resume, I guarantee you will regret working for them. -Comp is below average and if you don't negotiate what you need by day one you will never get it.   -Turn over is extremely high, 10-20 per year. -Good reviews about the company on job sites are fake reviews by management. -This is the type of company that will not have or cancel a Christmas party then email half the staff a cost of living increase, while the other half that didn't get the email doesn't receive one. Again, one of the most unprofessional places I have worked. -I agree with the other poor reviews, management has to go including Craig and 90% of anyone in a C Suite or executive position for anything to change.  Anyone there that has previously worked for the failed PHX Coyotes or has worked there say longer than 2 years like the VP of Consignment is probably the problem or reason you will quit.
