Pros
Very good mission and values with the patient at the forefront. Great products with a good history of innovation. Recent change of CEO is having a very positive effect and the direction from him is creating greater clarity in how the company will grow and develop
Cons
Previously slow to make decisions but this is changing with the new CEO, just takes a little time for some people who have been around a long time to adapt and change. Could have a better more consistent focus on development of employees as this may differ depending on your manager.
