Pros
Friendly environment, was able to meet several persons from the region and all are great persons. Our team made the difference indeed also it lets you know a lot more about the Healthcare sector. Management was very supportive. Great benefits.
Cons
At certain departments processes are not well mapped ergo bottlenecks and overload of work often happen. This could be solved with a Kaizen approach. Work-Life balance wasn't adequate at times. Country had a lot of restrictions and external problems that affected the business outside anyone's control.
