Pay is okay, benefits are too

Cons

You won't get anywhere in this plant unless you're part of a clique, a favorite... Handlers bully others for no reason but just to get rid of them, plant is very unorganized with employees, takes forever to get new pay rate when you bid out to other jobs, certain supervisors are unapproachable which makes your job a nightmare.

Nothing to gain here for growth

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
