Pros
Work life balance. Discounted stocks. Flex time, summer hours, work from home.
Cons
Lots of culture change, almost constant. High paid individuals and other jobs eliminated with workload shifted to remaining. Hiring freeze. Not confident in position stability nor is there any sign of assurance of stability from management except to "keep your head down and keep working hard" to those remaining. How is this sustainable?
