      Stable, learn a lot, and high impact work

      Cons

      Culturally inferior, low cash flow, extremely slow change, no development, horrible training, an entire corporation built to firefight and barely keep up to industry standard. A doomed company with a doomed future.

      Really good pay, good management, company car, and overall decent work life balance.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
