      Pros

      - Baxter is very mission driven and you can see that in the work you do. - As Baxter is a growing company and hence constantly making changes to improve day by day so you certainly have to keep up and be active in your career. - Overall working environment is good. - Overall Company's remuneration is good but cannot compare it to technology sector.

      Cons

      Baxter is a big company with some complex parts so you will need to take time to understand how the businesses all work. - As Baxter continues to make changes therefore at times it becomes difficult to keep up the pace with routine works and deadlines. - Need to focus more on events such as christmas parties or annual dinners etc.

      Pros

      Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
