      Pros

      Consistent paycheck and decent (but costly) healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Regardless of position level (associate or senior), prepare to have no personal life and prepare to work in a department where the majority of people are toxic. If I could give the company, on a whole, zero stars, I would.

      Meaningful mission. Career opportunities. Benefits are work-life balance are generally good.

      Cons

      Slow processes. Communication across teams could occasionally be improved. Variability in management quality across locations.
