      People are very professional, smart, and friendly. "Willing to help each other" type of work culture. Constant training opportunity.

      Cons

      Kind of political work environment. If you are more quiet, you might not have good oppotunity for career advancement. Company wants "rising stars".

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
