      Pros

      - Flexible work arrangements with good working hours. - Friendly and warm colleagues. - Great place for fresh graduates, managers are very supportive and will provide guidance. - Many opportunities to lead/handle multiple projects.

      Cons

      - Poor phone connection at most areas of the manufacturing plant. - Reward and recognition can be better. Overtime pay is low and applicable only during weekends. - Wide range of jobscope, training can be improved.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
