Pros
There are tons of opportunity for growth or at least their were. Given the tough times that it is having there may be less relevance now.
Cons
There is an old joke about the difference between the boy scouts and the army being that the boy scouts have adult leadership. Baxter feels the same way. If there was a vision for the company it did not make it out of the board room.
