      Really good salary, the work environment was pleasant and there were excellent career oportunities

      The balance between the work life and the social life is quite bad, depending on the department where you work.

      Pros

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
