Sinking Ship - Engineer Baxter Employee Review

Leadership is trash! A ton of conflicting guidelines/policies and managers who can hardly manage - zero leadership qualities. They promote friends and those who think alike, They encourage independent thinking but when you do you're castigated for it. Not a great place to work. And it's even worse after Baxter bought Hillrom, lots of layoffs without explanation.
