Pros

-Small team feel -Big healthcare company benefits are decent -Work from home was an option several years before COVID -High quality training. -Clear corporate goals. -Middle management is pretty effective. -This company attracts productive workers.

Cons

-Strict attendance policies -recent merger led to poorly trained leaders ending up in management positions and hurting the team/working environment. -HR is not your friend -Large corporate structure means making quick changes to procedure as needed is VERY slow. -Once you're on a team, you're basically waiting for your supervisor to advance, change jobs or retire for any natural advancement. There's very little growth opportunity with in the same job. You'll need to apply elsewhere within the company to grow your career. This is fairly common at large companies, but still frustrating to deal with over multiple years.

Pros

Nothing to gain here for growth

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
