Pros
Good people, salary increases in down economy, moderate bonus structure, great community, product saves peoples lives.
Cons
Management is aware they have a geographic monopoly in Bloomington and they use it to their advantage- no growth promotion, low average salaries, long hours, lack of support and leadership from senior management. Not a fun environment/ low morale.
