      Nice colleagues but depends on which room you are in

      Cons

      Heaps of management positions and all call themselves specialist roles but I’m not sure how you can be a production specialist or a training specialist. It’s just fancy names for ego no?

      Meaningful mission. Career opportunities. Benefits are work-life balance are generally good.

      Cons

      Slow processes. Communication across teams could occasionally be improved. Variability in management quality across locations.
