1)Extremely bad managers , especially the ones who are serving for longer period 2)People are shouted at/given mental stress to the core/not respected/constantly judged and criticised as poor performance. 3)Many people put paper even before finding a job due to huge mental stress 4)They lock you by keeping 3 months notice period & giving high package making it difficult to find job elsewhere only to slog here.
