Pros
Most colleagues were genuinely supportive and easy to work with, which created a positive and collaborative atmosphere. The company also offers the flexibility of remote work, which makes it much easier to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
Cons
There was almost no onboarding. My manager provided no guidance, no buddy was assigned, and I often received emails without a subject line that were simply links to systems I had to learn on my own. Expectations were unclear, and the manager frequently relied on others’ ideas and skills in ways that felt inappropriate. Coaching, feedback, and presentation skills were lacking. There were also inconsistencies between what I was told in official meetings and in private conversations, along with intimidating remarks that created an unprofessional atmosphere.
