Pros
* Small software company where I worked was bought by Bentley 3 yrs ago as part of their 'acquisition mania'. They kept most of us and in the same little office, and I'm grateful to have a job in this economy. * Flexible about working in office or telecommuting
Cons
* Big big bureacracy. Leads to much confusion about policies and who's responsible for what * Colleagues not always friendly to 'lowly' Tech Support peeps * My BIG complaint: new tech support ticket tracking software was just implemented that tracks our every move. I have to tell it when I go to the bathroom! This is no way to treat people you respect.
