We reorganized in 2016 with the goal of optimizing accountability, alignment, and empowerment within Bentley. We recognize there are still some kinks to work out, and our executive team is meeting to strategize on how to make further advancements on these priorities. We are also investing heavily in leadership training at all levels of our organization to ensure our managers and leaders are ready and able to recognize and cultivate our colleagues' talents.
We appreciate the hard work and dedication you've shown to Bentley over the 10+ past years.
