Pros
Bentley's work environment is really great. I have always had great co-workers who have a "team spirit" where mentoring others is both received and provided with a willing spirit. Sharing of knowledge and experiences is a wonderful asset of the company. Working with Bentley has provided me with the opportunity of working with some wonderful users whom I have built relationships with outside of the company business. My experience with Bentley management had been great - had managers who mentor and don't micro-manage - allows me to do my job. My managers have allowed flexible work schedules when needed on a temporary basis and a great bonus is the ability to work virtually. Bentley is great about balancing work/personal time.
Cons
The only con I have experienced is that advancement and compensation/raises are not as easily obtained as they were in the earlier years at Bentley. Recognition of hard work performed is usually only recognized by one level of management.
