- Managers are more involved in micromanagement (if you came at exactly 9 AM every day) rather in what you have done and showing the vision of the company or trying to extend the team and encourage you to do pioneering stuff.
- HR team for Europe is only in Lithuania and if you raise or try to escalate some situations you'll be noticed instead of talking with you. Same is happening also with the management. The general answer you'll always get from them is NO. After trying several times you'll not ask anything because you feel that this irritate them.
- Poor management in Iasi office. Low quality for both QA and Dev managers which are not involved at all in solving your problems or be near you when you need supervision. Once you raised your hand and propose something they'll force you to stop and shut up. This is also happening because of poor management from Florida office.
