Some of the software are really cool. Sadly more copying from competitors or buying smaller companies than own innovation
Cons
Below average salary. Not the brightest of bunch due to low salary. Too many irrelevant middle managers. Major workforce in third world countries to save on pay. Even in those countries pay is below average.
