Pros
-Management -Benefits -HR department -Training class allows you to get to know product well -Training class included all departments within one group -CEO,CFO, etc all speak to you as a training class when you're hired (Amazing) -Friendly enviroment for the most part
Cons
-Training class does not prepare you for anything other than the product (you won't know how to navigate customer accounts, policy on escalation, etc) -Seemed to have cliques -Call Center (They try to get you to understand this before hire, but do not refer to it as a call center position) -Most people seem to be very helpful, however, there are individuals who act as if they are inconvenienced. This is likely due to turnover rate for the support department. -The entire department is well aware of the turnover rate. Current employees will discuss how often people leave as soon as you start. This makes it difficult as a noob. -Bathroom breaks (not within 2 fifteen minute breaks or lunch period) have a 10-minute allotment- it is frowned upon to use this consistently and can lead to punishment -Policy on attendance is very strict. This is the reason most people get terminated. -Starting pay at 15 doesn't seem worth it- the ramping period is a good idea but implemented poorly.
