C suite are attentive to the needs of customers. This is a blessing and a curse. It’s great to see the CEO personally responding to customers, but it can also create an artificial sense of urgency when they demand for attention to be made.
Unrealistic expectations on speed to delivery. CEO has made occasional references to the Sydney teams being lazy or less performant than American teams, even when producing the most value during a reporting period. Fly in and fly out management doesn’t always yield positive sentiment.
