The favoritism of certain individuals within teams is very much palpable. If you know who to surround yourself with, and don’t challenge the status quo, there is growth for you in the company. However, if you don’t belong to that little circle, you will find yourself having a hard time growing your career and getting the promotions that you deserve. They pride themselves in being a company that doesn’t overwork their employees, but that is nowhere farther than from the truth. You will be expected to work very late night hours depending on your manager.
