I think there is only one pros..they hire immediately through naukri,campus and direct walk-in

-- Non technical person generally leading the technical team .(generally the person who started their career with this company only and have less expertise/ less IT market value) -- Favoritism at it best. --Slave culture. --Mostly team lead/manager never wants to hear 'No' from your side .if you say No , be ready for mentally harassment everyday. --You will forget the word -Work-life-balance here.because there is no such thing like work life balance in this company.
