Pros
The work environment at Blackhawk Network is good, especially in Risk Management. The overall culture of the company is to portray that we are a ONE TEAM and we accomplish everything together.
Cons
-Not a competitive salary -Yearly raise is below market average especially if you are not working at the headquarters -Recently Blackhawk Network has gone through a CEO transition and since then BHN been cutting on cost, even things like coffee cups etc.
