      Pros

      A huge majority of the people are wonderful to work with, great commute, alot of unrecognized talent.

      Cons

      Management leads and encourages bullying. Management talks negatively about directs. Management doesn’t get along with each other. Talented people are brought in and leave broken. Directs are more talented than management by a huge margin.

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
