      Great benefits package, employee recognition programme, great people and offices, fast-paced energy

      Cons

      Management approach can sometimes appear to be a bit hectic without effective communication with employees - lots of red tape and jumping through hoops to get things approved

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
