      Pros

      Biggest player in the space, decently well know, some good people who really try and care a lot.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership culture, slow, bloated and antiquated. Most folks are overwhelmingly apathetic and there is next to no accountability.

      Good management, bonus opportunities, training

      Cons

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
