Pros
People are typically good to work with, if you put in the effort and advocate for yourself you can enjoy a career here - challenging and rewarding with opportunities to grow (emphasis on advocating for yourself, though)
Cons
Comp increases have been very low compared to prior years; performance management feedback is inconsistent and manager transparency is horrible. For several years now most employees don’t really trust even their immediate supervisor and it is showing in how we work with one another. Many people are now going through the motions and due to manager treatment in my area morale is at an all time low.
