Pays all tuition with no tax burden if majoring in critical degrees such as mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, systems engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, data science, etc. -10% 401k match with 4% automatic match and the 75% match of up to 8% salary. - 70-80% discount on avis, budget and sometimes in enterprise car rental. -Good work life balance
Cons
-Base salary on lower end compared to other competitors. -Difficult to get promoted unless moved to different organizations, and better if moved out of company and come back a couple of years later for significant pay raise and higher level.
